“I started the challenge: ‘eating more healthy’ together with a friend. The journal really helped me get motivated to finish the challenge. I had my struggles during the challenge. The conclusions after every week helped me to continue eating healthy. I experienced great effects of eating healthy. I have more energy and less cravings. Now the challenge has ended, I feel like it became a habit. I want to keep this habit, because of the great effects it has on me! Without the book, I wouldn’t have started this challenge.
