What was the problem you were having before you discovered the 90-day program from Worthy Tweaks?
– I attempted to start the same and/or different habits on numerous occasions, but they wouldn’t stick. I had tried different methods: reading habit books, watching YouTube videos, habit trackers, etc.
What did the frustration feel like as you tried to solve the problem?
– It wasn’t a feel of frustration, but I was more so wondering: When and how will the habit stick?
What was different about this product/service?
– For me, it was the combination of a coach (for me it was Rob) and the regular coaching questions. It made me consciously think about the change. The methods in the program are not new to me (although there were some new insights) and I had tried them before.
Take us to the moment when you realized that our product/service was working to solve your problem?
– Every evening after the first two weeks was a win for me. Every day after month 2 was a turning point. I knew that under my own terms, I would have quit but I couldn’t face my coach with that “nonsense”.
Tell us what your life looks like now that your problem is solved, or is being solved.
– My life is more structured and consistent. It provides a good foundation to add/remove more habits!
